What do you feel this course (UN100) should focus on?
I think that this course should focus on teaching us different ways that we can improve our studying habits. I think we should also be learning about all the buildings on campus and what each one has to offer us.
What do you need help in, specifically?Please write at least one paragraph focusing on your specific academic needs.
I need help in developing good study habits. I am usually a good student, but lately I've been kind of slacking because I'm so tired. The reason I'm so tired is because I actually started meeting people and making friends so I've been hanging out 24/7 and not balancing my homework with my free time. I know we talked about this a little in class, by making those planners, but I am still having a difficult time managing my time. I could also use some help in studying. I can't seem to find a good way of studying unless it's a subject where I can use notecards.

I agree.. and study habits are so hard to teach. The book covers some and I did, but still, I think everyone has to find what is best for them. That is tough being social and balancing school work and it's one of the biggest traps Freshmen can fall into. We'll discuss this in class tomm.
I have a Campus Resources project planned in which you will all find out which buildings offer what services etc.. definitely necessary :)

Hey Ashley! I totally agree about knowing the different buildings. I didn't even think of that! I spend all my time in the same couple buildings and I have know idea what is in the rest of them. I also have to work on my study habits. My procrastinating probably doesn't help. I completely agree that it is hard to work around any kind of social life. I recently got a job so I have to work around that too. Great Blog! I give you 5 stars ***** haha
